IT Supporter

We Are Looking for an IT Supporter

As our skilled IT supporter has sought new challenges, we are now in need of a replacement. You will be part of a team of 3, providing excellent IT service to approximately 100 employees who rely on your IT skills daily.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Handling 1st-level and 2nd-level support tasks
  • Distributing 2nd and 3rd-level support tasks within the IT department and forwarding 3rd-level tasks to the Corporate IT department
  • User administration (Navision, Active Directory, and corporate systems) in close collaboration with Corporate IT
  • Configuring, distributing, supporting, and training in the use of:
    • PCs and laptops (Windows, Office365, Navision, security software)
    • Smartphones (iOS/Android)
  • Creating FAQs and user guides for our Intranet
  • Maintaining printers, audio/video equipment, networks, and monitoring at all our locations
  • Procuring IT/AV equipment
  • Managing telephony and mobile phone agreements
  • Introducing new employees to the IT area and support function

We prefer that you have:

  • Solid experience in a similar position
  • Strong knowledge of Windows servers, including AD, GPO, Remote Desktop
  • Good knowledge of networks, including Wi-Fi solution design and network segmentation with VLAN
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Office365, Intune, Autopilot, and Defender
  • Good understanding of backup procedures and best practices
  • A desire to have fun, provide excellent customer service, and be a positive team player

  • Be empathetic toward users and able to ask relevant questions to identify issues
  • Be highly independent, drawing on this in your problem-solving
  • Be approachable with a service-minded approach to tasks
  • Enjoy a busy workday where no two days are the same
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Be outgoing, patient, and have a good sense of humor, which will shine through in your user interactions
