The contact form
In the menu item contact, you can write a message to which we ask for your personal information. Please note that before you can send us the message, you must accept our privacy policy. This means that we will use your data in order to respond to your enquiry.
Job applications
When we are looking for new employees, our job postings are added on our website, LinkedIn and Facebook. You can apply for both invited and unsolicited positions, and we will treat the information with care as required by law. If an application is sent in a physical copy, the application will be shredded after the position has been filled. Furthermore, if the application is sent via email and the appropriate person has processed and read the application, the position is filled and the email is deleted.
Trainees, interns and projects
If you want to be a trainee, intern or write a project with us, we also ask for personal information. This data will be deleted after the end of the traineeship, internship or project and will only be stored if agreed upon.
What's new
We publish news in both online and offline media. Names, addresses, pictures and contact information will be available, but will only be published with the consent of the people in question. Online news is not deleted from the website.
Customers
If you are a customer, we ask you for information for invoicing and shipping of goods. This will typically be your: Name, address, phone number, e-mail and billing address. The information is stored in accordance with current regulations in the area. You can contact us at any time regarding the storage of your data by e-mail: lr@thermo-transit.com
References
In our references menu, current customers have given their consent for us to publish their name and own text. They will remain online on our website unless otherwise agreed. Customers will be able to contact us at any time and we will delete data by agreement.
Storage period
The data is stored for the period permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer needed.
Disclosure of data
Disclosure of personal data such as name and email will only be made if you consent to it. We use and process your data with care.
Access and complaints
You have the right to know what personal data we process about you. You can also object to the use of your data at any time. You can also withdraw your consent to the processing of your data. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.
